Even though most of the written stuff on this site is in french, here is a brief translation of our main activities as our online meditations are way «beyond words» and silence is our main language.

SUNDAY
@ 11 am : Silence and Music Meditation (45 minutes)

MONDAY
@ 8 am : 20 minutes of silence to start the week

WEDNESDAY
@ 7 am : SHAKING (Active meditation, 1 hour)
@ 6 pm: Silence and Music Meditation (45 minutes)

FRIDAY
@ 6 pm : 20 minutes of silence to close the week

Where are we based ?
The heart of this Tribe is located in Val-David, Qc, Canada, but most of our activities are held online; so we are reachable from all over the planet.

In deep silence, there is no distance in our hearts.

Who are we ?
This project was started by me, Ati Supino, musician, writer, creator and life enthusiastic. I am joined by a growing team of quality people and friends of mine. Our goal is to gather a bunch of extra & ordinary friends to share the silence, some music, and movement, either on line or here in nature whenever possible, and to promote friendship, collaboration and support.

Our inspirations

When do we meet online ?
Monday 8 am & Friday 6 pm: Silent Meditation for 20 minutes
Sunday 11 am and Wednesday 6 pm : Silence and Music Meditation
Wednesday 7 am: Shaking (Active meditation)

We post the monthly calendar of activities in the beginning of each month.

1 Silence and Music Meditation a week (either wednesday or sunday)

2 Silence and Music Meditations a week (both wednesday and sunday)
